Responsibilities
•Generate leads by executing the marketing strategy through sales and marketing strategies
including organizing presence at general real estate events, advertising, website and
coordinating sales campaigns/ occasions.
•Follow up leads generated and close sales.
•Lead the sales team and coordinate meetings so as to monitor the set objectives.
•Prepare annual and monthly sales and marketing budgets.
•Develop the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
•Co-manage the communications and PR strategy of the projects.

•Supervise the production of sales and marketing material and outsourced function.
Requirements
•Qualifications in Sales/Marketing or in a business related field
•A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position with proven sales skills.
•Sound a sales background where products or services sold have been a ‘hard sell’.
•Experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
•Ability to work independently, solve problems to achieve desired results.
•Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
•Ability to network and communicate comfortably
