Purpose of the HR Job.
The Human Resources Manager will act as a strategic Human Resources business partner to the
organizationin the country of assignment, providing both hands on and strategic support in the areas of change management, employee relations, recruitment, coaching/development, organizational development and workforce planning.

Provide guidance in the areas of organization effectiveness, change management, and talent acquisition
Effectively influence senior management on key HR programs including staff motivation, staff engagement.
Manage the Learning and development function for the country
Manage Reward, Retention and implement Performance Management systems
Develop and implement key HR / Learning and Development initiatives throughout the
organization
Work with Group Leadership in developing, implementing, monitoring and measuring key HR
Programs and Services

Human Resources Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred with a HR diploma certificate preferred
At least 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced business
Solid understanding of employment laws and legislation
A proven leader with a solid track record of successfully implementing people programs and initiatives
Strong business acumen and able to translate the needs of the core business function into people solutions
Versatility, flexibility, and ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
