ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be expected to provide assistance to the two managers in charge of operations and
finance. The support required will include but not limited to:

collecting/researching and collating data or reports and generating summaries for use by
the two managers;

preparing presentations to near ready status using information from said reports or from a
given concept;

following up to ensure decisions made at management meetings have been implemented;
representing the managers in meetings as and when required
preparing information packs/presentations for the managers prior to key
meetings/conferences, etc.

REQUIREMENTS
You will have a degree and 2 – 3 years experience,
Experience of working in a busy/demanding environment;
Experience in a multi-national/multi-cultural environment is preferred.
You will also have a keen eye for detail, proven follow up skills, people/relationship skills,
very strong organisation and planning skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Experience of working in logistics, shipping or related fields will be a definite advantage.
