Customer Service Executives Job
The ideal candidates will be responsible for the following:
Working on achieving company’s sales growth targets by delivering exceptional Customer Care initiatives.
Interact with customers by phone and e-mail concerning various care issues.
Build strong relationship with clients.
Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as online inquiries, order tracking and detailed account management.
Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
Assist the Marketing & Sales Departments to maintain and improve sales volumes with current and new customers by offering customer support.
Maintain report daily to Business Development Manager on all Customer behavior changes and competitors actions.

Reporting of relevant Customer Care performance metrics.
Determine Customer satisfaction levels on a continuous level.
Offer support to other departments after sales.
Requirements.
Minimum of a diploma in Customer relations, Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
Relevant experience of not less than 3 years in a customer service industry.
Strong communication and telephone skills.
Good command in English as well as eloquence.
Full understanding of the logistics and related business.
Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office and perfect typing skills.
Must be ready to work under pressure.
Minimum of a diploma in Customer relations, Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
