We have a number of assignments including: supporting organisations start-up in Kenya, establishing HR policies and procedures, recruiting the initial staff compliment, etc;organisation reviews; HR Audits, job analysis and job description writing; implementing
performance management systems; training; etc.
We have assignment in Kenya or around the continent in Anglophone and Francophone countries.
