Summary:     Main Purpose of the Job is to assist the Human Resources Manager in all Administration and Personnel Issues including training, discipline, performance management, records management, review and implementation company policies (HR), monitoring and administration of the Departmental budget.
Description:     Responsibilities • Efficient and effective staff recruitment, selection and induction. • Implement HR development, performance management and career development programs. • Maintain sound industrial relations in the farm, in particular create awareness among the staff on issues relating to of company policies, relevant labour laws affecting their terms and conditions and all other social and environmental standards.

• Assist the HR Manager in planning for annual calendar for activities and implementations of activities such as training. • Assist the HRM in the organisation and implementation of staff training programs and prepare training evaluation reports for all training internally and externally. • Updated personnel records in particular, contracts and Job Descriptions. • Registration of new staff with NSSF, NHIF and dependants to the medical scheme; renewal of licences and contracts with various service providers • Participate in the annual evaluation program in line with the performance appraisal procedures. • Records management e.g. annual Performance Appraisal, Annual leave, participation of training as required etc. • Process timely training reimbursement application for all training organised by the company and follow up until approval & final settlement of DIT claims

Requirements: 
    Job Requirements • A Business related degree and a Dip In HR • Minimum 2 years experience in HR (experience in a flower farm will be an added advantage) • Conversant with labour laws and related legal statutes including Labour Laws, CBA, Health safety and Environmental Policy, Gender • Good communication and reporting skills, • Computer literate, good negotiation skills, self-driven and result oriented.
