Reporting to the Project Officer, the Filed Officers – Community Environmental Management and Research, will promote environmental management awareness and technical skills training., assist community members identify environmental management awareness techniques and come up with proposals for solutions to be funded by WRC.
The incumbent shall closely monitor the quality of the proposals for funding and make follow-ups on the training and feedback collection from the community of posting as well as monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the delivery channel.

Job Details
Conduct situational analysis in collaboration with existing WRC groups to determine the training needs.
Ensure that the monitoring of trainings per requirements is done and provide Monthly/quarterly progress reports.
Undertake proper maintenance of the project assets and ensure proper use of other project resources assigned to him/her.
Required Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelors degree in Social sciences.
One year relevant hands on experience
Demonstrated capacity in implementing community based programs, management of schemes and community mobilization.
A valid Motor Cycle license with riding experience would be an advantage
Excellent communication and report writing skills
