Human Resources Officer

    * Ensure that all open positions are closed as per pre-decided timeliness
    * Selects suitable candidates in line with the client requirements.


    * Contact candidates, arrange interview times, interview, test, rank, select candidates and provide
    * feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre established selection criteria and the
    * company’s recruitment policies Help sort CVs and correspondence to forward to client companies
    * In charge of ensuring the appropriateness and updating of the Recruitment Portal.
    * Undertakes background checks on successful applicants.
    * Continuously evaluates the success of recruitment approaches adopted.
    * Regularly review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques Maintain and update the recruitment database on a daily basis
    * Prepares and updates job profiles and ensures timely posting of vacancies.
    * Undertakes prescreening, assessment and interviewing of candidates.
    * Ensures adherence to the Recruitment policy, process and procedure.
    * Prepares shortlist reports.
    * Prepares consolidated weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
    * Maintains candidate interview notes for reference purposes.

Qualification

    * Maximum qualification- Higher Diploma/ Diploma- Human Resource Management
    * Must have 1 years work experience in human resources field in a busy organization
    * Ability to work in a highly confidential manner
    * Outstanding interpersonal, communication and networking skills
    * Ability to cope with responsibility and high pressure.
