The holder will be responsible for:
· The preparation and management of commercial seed crop production programs.
· General seed agronomy.
· Labour sourcing and allocation.
· Crop husbandry.
· Budget making and cost analysis
· Authenticating labour cards.
· Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
· Supervision of crops across the board.
· Providing technical support and advice as necessary.
The ideal candidate should:
· Posses at least Diploma in Agriculture.
· Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Have good knowledge of crop production.
Have supervisory and management skills
