Branch Managers

The holders of these positions will be responsible for developing and maintaining highly productive relationships with SME & Business clients in their territory ensuring that the Bank's clients receive excellent service and banking solutions
The Branch Managers will also be responsible for achieving the performance targets of their branch including profitability, increase in customer base and marketing of tailored banking products suited to their customers.
Success in this position will also depend on the Branch Manager's ability to mould the branch staff into a winning team committed to providing a superior service to customers
Qualifications and other requirements:-
The ideal candidates should be Kenyan citizens aged 28-35 years who should have the following qualities;-
* Be the holder of a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Risk or Credit from a recognized university;
* A minimum of 5 years relationship management experience acquired in the banking sector
* Have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
* Have a proven track record in business development and initiating and managing relationships with clients,.
