Job Description

AAR Healthcare is the clinical service delivery   arm of the AAR group of companies. 
We  are  currently  looking  for  candidates  to  fill  in  the  below  position .The  remuneration  is  on  commission based and  great  career  development .
Applicants  should preferably  be  from the  listed  areas.
Sales  Executive to  be  based  in  Kisumu,Mombasa and  Eldoret

Reporting to Unit  Manager
Key Responsibilities

·Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as allocated.
·Compile market intelligence, competitor activities and recommending appropriate strategy to increase company market share.
·Ensure growth in business volumes and customer numbers
·Quality management of customer expectations.
The Job:
Prepare and implement the overall sales strategy for the company.
Coordinate all sales activities in the regions and evaluate the performance of all sales executives.
Forecast revenue targets and realize growth in profitability.
Attainment of set revenue targets of the entire sales organization.
Monitor and evaluate agents’performance against set targets.
Contributes to excellence in customer relationship.

Qualifications & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Must be computer literate
At least 2 years experience in direct selling
Self motivated &Proven ability to meet sales targets within defined deadlines
Sales experience in insurance products and first aid training will be an added.
