To provide appropriate technical support in M&E and Communication to the organisation for the achievement of its set goals and objectives.

Job Details

Qualification

    * To Monitor, Evaluate and document results in the various programmatic activities for effective implementation, reporting and learning.
    * To Update and compile data on human rights, governance, democracy and the rule of law.
    * To track and document all national and international human rights and legal issues touching on the ICJ Kenya’s Mandate.
    * To manage and maintain the Resource Centre
    * To work with the Programme Teams to deliver quality and quantitative reports to ICJ Kenya Stakeholders.
    * To monitor new donors and their areas of strategic engagement.
    * To monitor and suggest ways to improve ICJ Kenya’s visibility both nationally and internationally.
    * To develop and design appropriate tools for baseline surveys and research documents within the ICJ Kenya programmes in line with the ICJ Kenya 2011 – 2015 Strategic Plan.
    * To analyze various evaluations and communicate the results effectively.
    * To develop an M&E and Communication Strategy.
    * To Monitor and update the ICJ Kenya website

Qualification

    * Candidates interested in applying for this position must have a degree Information Management, a post qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation. The candidate must have good analytical skills, excellent writing and communication skills.
    * Must have two years work experience in a non-governmental organization.
    * Must show ability to monitor and evaluate programmatic activities
