A construction company is looking to fill the following positions:-
1. Site Store Keepers
Maintain the register of all staff on site and take roll calls
Maintain a daily attendance record. Record the names of the people on site and they sign in and out. Note any workers who maybe absent.
Ensure that the Master roll is prepared at the end of the week (based on attendance)
May assist accountant to pay labour
Keep accurate records of all materials, tools, safety gear used and disposed on site.

Ensure the safety of material on site.
Inventory: tools and equipment records (how many are on site)- (tools & equipment report)
Maintain a tools issuance records (have a record of who has been issues with a tool/ equipment and when)
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in purchasing & supplies or minimum CPA 2
One year experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Conversant with MS office
Works well under pressure and minimal supervision
2. Site Clerks
Takes measurements for all works done on site on a daily basis
Keep records of all work done on site
In charge of equipment maintenance/works done using the equipment
Ensure that all tools & equipment are in good working condition
Ensure the safety of tools on site.
May assist accountant to pay labour
In-charge of Health & Safety on site
Have a record of the safety gear on site and who has been issued with what on site.
Ensure that the required safety gear is on site (ensure that the requests for the gear is done whenever the need may arise)
Ensure that the first aid boxes are well stocked at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in Building construction, civil engineering or relevant field 2
At least one year experience, experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
Conversant with MS office
Works well under pressure and minimal supervision
