Job Summary
- We are seeking qualified and experienced professional (5-10 years'
experience) for Supply Chain Officer.
Requirements
- Source and procure foodstuffs (dry, fresh, frozen), kitchen
consumables, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- Identify, evaluate and maintain approved vendor list.
- Obtain competitive quotations and negotiate best prices, quality and
payment terms.
- Raise and follow up on Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
General Knowledge, Skills
& Abilities
- 5-10 years of industrial catering experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry
- Understanding of menu planning and recipe interpretation
- Catering certification is an added advantage
- Good communication skills in English Ability to multitask and meet
deadlines Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Knowledge of catering hygiene standards.
