Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Workdays and Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm)
Responsibilities
Create
goals and objectives, and publish posts consistently
across
platforms
Ensure
brand consistency across all social media platforms
Respond
promptly to comments, messages, and reviews
Keep
up with trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates,
and
adapt content accordingly
Speak
good English and construct well-formed sentences
Write
compelling property listing captions that convert
Track
and report engagement metrics — reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and
leads generated
Requirements
Proficient
in Canva, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools
Basic
photography and videography skills for property shoots and reels
Familiar
with Meta Business Suite and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, and
YouTube.
Salary
N200,000
monthly.
