Job Title: Recruitment Account Intern

Job Summary
- As a Recruitment Account Intern, you will support recruitment
delivery, candidate management, verification, client relationship
management, and business development activities to ensure quality service
delivery and achievement of assigned targets.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate
profile preparation.
- Prepare, format, and publish job descriptions across approved
recruitment channels, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records,
verification updates, and recruitment reports while ensuring compliance
with company processes and data protection requirements.
- Support client account management by monitoring recruitment
timelines, responding to client feedback, tracking deliverables, and
maintaining professional stakeholder communication.
- Support business development activities by identifying prospective
clients, following up on leads, exploring upselling and cross-selling
opportunities, and contributing to assigned revenue and client retention
targets.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, client
relationship management, and business development.
- Good communication, organisational, interpersonal, and candidate
assessment skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online
recruitment platforms; familiarity with ATS or HRIS tools is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, willingness to learn,
and ability to work towards deadlines and performance targets.
