Description
- We are seeking smart, proactive, and motivated graduates to join its
Graduate Trainee Programme.
- This role is designed to provide hands-on training and practical
experience across various business operations while preparing candidates
for long-term career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training and development programmes.
- Support daily business and operational activities.
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
- Work closely with different departments to gain practical
experience.
- Carry out assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Contribute ideas and support process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Must reside within or around Lekki, Victoria Island, or nearby
locations.
Salary
N120,000
– N150,000 / month.
