Summary

are seeking a smart, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist to join
our team at our Laundry Company at Ikeja branch, Ikoyi Branch, Omole Phase
1 Branch, office.
- The
ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, handling
inquiries, managing front desk activities, and ensuring excellent customer
service at all times.
Key
Responsibilities
- Welcome
and attend to customers professionally
- Receive
and record laundry items accurately
- Answer
phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Handle
customer complaints politely and efficiently
- Maintain
proper records of orders and payments
- Coordinate
with operations staff for timely service delivery
- Keep
the reception area clean and organized.
Salary
N80,000 -
N120,000 monthly.
