Job Title: Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketer
Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key
Responsibilities
- Develop
and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,
engagement, and leads.
- Manage
and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).
- Create
engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, captions, stories)
that promotes our services and brand.
- Run
paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) and
optimize for lead generation and ROI.
- Monitor,
analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads,
conversions, ROI).
- Manage
the company website and improve SEO to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate
with the sales and business development teams to generate and nurture
leads.
- Stay
up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Support
offline marketing activities, events, and brand partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Minimum
of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management,
preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven
experience running ad campaigns and generating leads online.
- Proficiency
in social media platforms, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and
analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Strong
content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Creative,
analytical, and results-driven.
- Self-motivated,
target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge
of SEO and email marketing is an added advantage.
