Job Summary
We are urgently recruiting for the role of a Ticketing Officer who will communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through email, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.
This role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to all customers
Answer customer inquiries regarding events and attractions
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and inventory
Keep ticketing area organized and tidy
Collaborate with other ticketing agents as needed
Qualifications
BSc / HND in any relevant field.
2 - 3 years of experience in customer service or sales in same sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be Computer Savvy.
Must reside within Ikeja or it immediate environs.
Must be young, smart and Agile (23yrs - 28yrs preferred).
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
