Job Summary
Our client is seeking a competent and experienced Store In-Charge to manage the chemical and spare parts store.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in inventory management within a manufacturing or mechanical environment and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily operations of the chemical and spare parts store.
Ensure proper inventory control, documentation, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material availability.
Maintain safe storage practices for chemicals and mechanical components.
Monitor stock levels, prepare stock reports, and flag reordering needs.
Generate reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel (e.g., stock movement, consumption trends).
Ensure compliance with internal processes and safety protocols.
Requirements
A Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or mechanical industry.
Strong understanding of spare parts and chemical inventory handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead store operations efficiently.
Salary
N500,000 net monthly.
