Job Title: Store Attendant / Loader

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Store Attendant/Loader to support operations in our restaurant.
This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and issuing inventory, as well as loading supplies and packaged food items for kitchen use and dispatch.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, organized, and familiar with inventory handling procedures in a food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming supplies and raw materials.
Maintain accurate records of stock levels and usage.
Organize and label items in the store for easy retrieval.
Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
Load food and supply items from the store to the kitchen or dispatch area as needed.
Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory checks.
Keep the store and loading areas clean and orderly.
Report low stock levels, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience in a storekeeping or loading role, preferably in a food service or restaurant setting.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems and stock management.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
