Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmectics (Shower Gel) to drive sales and brand growth for our company.
You'll develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into loyal clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote Shower Gel products
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing decisions
Manage relationships with key accounts, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors
Negotiate product placement and promotional deals with retailers
Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market dynamics.
Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing, preferably in Shower Gelor a similar category
Strong knowledge of modern trade structures, sales negotiations, and retail merchandising
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
What We Offer
Salary: N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
