Recruitment and Selection: Manage the hiring process, ensuring the right talent is acquired for the organization.
Employee Relations: Address demands, grievances, and other issues, promoting positive management-employee relationships.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems, driving high performance and employee growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive packages, ensuring fairness and compliance with industry standards.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop programs, and implement initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR management, with proven progressive HR responsibility.
