Job Overview
A growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm is hiring a goal-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to lead international client acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with U.S. or European clients and a solid understanding of the BPO/outsourcing space.
This role involves managing the full sales cycle from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals and reporting performance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and close B2B leads in the U.S. and Europe
Conduct outbound sales via email, LinkedIn, and calls
Manage and update sales pipeline records
Present value propositions to decision-makers
Track performance metrics and prepare sales reports
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
Stay informed on trends in outsourcing and remote talent
Requirements
At least a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven experience working with U.S./European clients or firms
Strong understanding of BPO, outsourcing, or remote talent services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
Able to work independently, meet sales targets, and report accurately
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in outsourcing or talent solution sales
Background in tech, HR, or staffing
Familiarity with international business etiquette.
Salary
N750,000 per month.
