Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development manager to help grow our client base and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about business growth with a strong background in sales and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue across multiple service areas
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new areas for expansion
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, or networking events
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to develop strategic growth plans
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales and client engagement best practices
Professional appearance and a results-oriented approach.
