Job Summary


  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven business development manager to help grow our client base and drive revenue through strategic partnerships and lead generation.

  • The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about business growth with a strong background in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach

  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying clients

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue across multiple service areas

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new areas for expansion

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery

  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, or networking events

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or marketing

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to develop strategic growth plans

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales and client engagement best practices

  • Professional appearance and a results-oriented approach.
