Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Brand Associate to support the development and execution of brand strategies for our clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to grow in the field of brand marketing.
The Brand Associate will work closely with the Brand Manager and creative teams to bring brand ideas to life, ensuring alignment across all communication touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in conducting brand research and gathering market insights.
Support in the development and implementation of brand strategies.
Help manage content calendars and coordinate marketing campaigns.
Contribute to the creation of brand presentations and client reports.
Track brand performance metrics and assist in analyzing data.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
Support the Brand Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.
Coordinate and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld in all client materials.
Qualiications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1 – 2 years’ experience in a marketing or branding-related role (internship or entry-level included).
Strong interest in branding, marketing, and creative strategy.
Good organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
