Job Overview
Our client is urgently seeking a high-level Site Manager to oversee daily site operations, ensure project delivery aligns with established standards, and lead a team of professionals to execute tasks efficiently and safely.The ideal candidate will be highly experienced, proactive, and capable of managing high-value, fast-paced projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all site activities and workers.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.
Monitor progress and compile reports on project status.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
Manage resources, equipment, and materials efficiently.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical issues.
Ensure quality control and project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ proven experience in a senior site management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, safety standards, and project management tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
