We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process for complex construction projects.
Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and expectations.
Create and present design concepts and plans to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams throughout the project.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility.
Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and modifications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture; a Master's degree is preferred.
Relevant years of experience in architectural design within the construction industry.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, .
Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction standards.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.
A valid architecture license and certifications are desired.
