Job Title: IT Coordinator

About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and tech-savvy IT Coordinator to manage and improve our IT infrastructure.
This role requires a skilled professional with hands-on experience in the FMCG sector and a passion for delivering reliable IT support and solutions across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee IT projects, including the design, development, and deployment of IT systems and services.
Manage IT infrastructure: servers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, VOIP, internet, intranet, and surveillance systems.
Monitor IT systems performance and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency.
Define and maintain IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and policies.
Ensure seamless implementation and coordination of systems, procedures, and controls.
Collaborate with key departments to align IT systems with business goals.
Handle advanced troubleshooting and support escalated hardware/software issues.
Ensure data and network security, backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Prepare and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular system audits and generate assessment reports.
Manage procurement and inventory of IT hardware and software.
Provide day-to-day support for end-users on systems, printers, and peripherals.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
2–4 years of IT experience in the manufacturing/FMCG industry is required.
