Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • A reputable HR and consulting firm is hiring a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition, proposal pitching, and lead generation across both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospects via LinkedIn, referrals, and directories

  • Conduct cold calls, schedule meetings, and attend briefings

  • Manage proposals, follow-up emails, and client CRM tracking

  • Coordinate digital campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn

  • Represent the company at expos, networking events, and client meetings

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Admin, or related fields

  • 2–3 years in sales, business development, or proposal support

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with consulting services and CRM tools is a plus.

Salary
N150,000/month (Gross) + Performance Bonuses
