Description
- As a Client
Service and Admin Officer in asset management, responsibilities include
maintaining excellent client relations, addressing inquiries, and ensuring
smooth administrative processes.
- This role
requires a versatile individual who can seamlessly transition between
front desk responsibilities and client service duties, ensuring a
welcoming environment for visitors and exceptional service for clients.
Duties
and Responsibilities
- Engage with
clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and
providing information.
- Greet and assist
visitors at the front desk, managing incoming calls, and emails, and
directing inquiries to the appropriate channels.
- Coordinate and
schedule client meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain accurate
and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
with data protection regulations.
- Handle and
resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer
experience.
- Provide general
administrative assistance, including filing, data entry, and managing
office supplies.
- Act as a
communication liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth
information flow.
- Assist in the
client onboarding process, collecting necessary documentation and
facilitating a smooth transition.
- Strive to exceed
client expectations by delivering excellent customer service at the front
desk and throughout interactions.
- Efficiently
manage various tasks, balancing front desk responsibilities with client
service duties.
- Collaborate with
colleagues to maintain a cohesive and positive work environment.
Qualifications
and Experience
- A Degree in
Business Administration, Customer Service, Banking, and the Finance sector
is often preferred.
- Minimum of five
(3-5) years’ experience in client service and Admin in the banking or
finance sector
- Experience in
communication, customer relationship management, or administrative studies
will be advantageous.
- While not always
required, certifications related to customer service or front desk
management may enhance qualifications.
