- This job role manages legal risk relative
to contracts to limit corporate exposure.

Requirements
- A first degree in Law i.e. (LLB)and
Bachelor of Law (BL)
- Required: Nig. Bar Association (NBA),
and/or Inst. of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA)
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in a legal
function.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Law. A postgraduate
degree is an added advantage.
- Should have been called to the Nigerian
Bar.
Technical Competencies:
- Deep understanding of the laws and
regulations governing the power industry
- Deep understanding of corporate laws,
securities laws & capital markets
- Deep experience in implementing corporate
governance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of commercial legal
issues
- Strong sense of ethical business judgment
- Excellent organizational and analytical
skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
skills
- Strong business acumen
- Broad experience and demonstration of
competence in computer software packages including Microsoft Office (in
particular Word, Excel, and Power Point) Demonstrated success in managing
and conducting a variety of litigation matters.
