Reporting to the Chief Nursing
Officer (CNO), Nursing Division, The Program Administrator will lead,
coordinate and direct provision of executive services for Clients in Princess
Zahra Pavilion, Private Wing and Executive out-patient Clinics.
S/he will work closely with senior
leadership and the departmental chair to design care delivery strategies that
meet the needs of the clients as well as develop, implement and track
departmental key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will
communicate to the appropriate persons as well as provide performance reports
as required to the appropriate parties.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal Applicants must be
Registered Nurses (KRN/M; KRCHN) with current licensure with the Kenya Nursing
Council.
The successful candidate(s) should
have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN).
A Masters Degree in Nursing, Management
or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
S/He should have Certification in
BLS, and a minimum of five (5) years continuous experience in a leadership
role.

The Nurse Manager – Princess Zahra
Pavilion and Private Wing will oversee the delivery of quality patient
care.
The incumbent will coordinate all
patient care activities and will also be responsible for regulatory and quality
accreditation compliance, staff development and judicious use of available
resources.
S/he will lead the team in
formulation; implementation and evaluation of annual goals in accordance with
departmental and Hospital strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will also
participate in the budget process and ensure unit based control of operational
costs based on Institutional targets.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Applicants must be Registered Nurses
(KRN/M; KRCHN) with current licensure with the Kenya Nursing Council.
The successful candidate(s) should
have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN).
S/He should have Certification in
BLS, and a minimum of five (5) years continuous clinical experience in an acute
care Hospital.
