Job Description
- Develop
strong expansion countrywide for J-Force
- Develop
expansion plan to rural areas via partnership with local shops
- Generate
clear and strong vertical communication channel between Jumia headquarter
team (Vendor manager team) and captains / agents
- Coordinate
activation / BOM / partnerships with organizations to enlarge the size of
the team in terms of active agents
- Understand
the key factors that drives performance from the captain and improve them.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor
degree in business, business development
- Strong
strategic orientation
- At
least 3 year of experience in sales, business strategy or similar
- Proficiency
in MS Office and Excel
- Ability
to analyze data and provide strong reports that help in the decision
making process
- Independent
and ability to go further than the expectations
- Experience
in the Kenyan market is an important plus, not exclusive.
