Job description
Our client, a Human Resources consultancy firm in Nairobi, seeks to engage a young, aggressive, confident, promising and aspiring HR practitioner to join their company as part of their career advancement in Human Resource Management.
The
duties and responsibilities shall include:
- Assisting
the HR team in creating job profiles and posting vacant positions in the
appropriate avenues.
- Assist
in shortlisting of qualified candidates.
- Scheduling
interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Assisting
the HR team in data entry and filing of prospective candidate resumes.
- Assisting
in writing and forwarding rejection replies to interviewed candidates.
- Assisting
in any other duties pertaining to the HR Department.
Qualifications
- Must
be pursuing a degree or a diploma course in Human Resource Management.
- Atleast
6 months experience working in HR position. Experience in recruitment
shall be an added advantage.
- Should
posses and exhibit a strong interest in working with people and ability to
interact with people at all levels of the organisation.
- Should
be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Should
be detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Should
be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must
be result oriented and a good time manager
