Duties and
Responsibilities
- Manage
company brand and reputation.
- Answer
to all client queries at all time and assist clients in every way
possible.
- Manage
client relations with the company.
- Assist
in developing a strong relationship between the company and its existing
and new clients.
- Be
the contact person between the company and the clients.
- Any
other duties as may be so required.
Qualifications
- At
least 1 year Experience in a similar position that required management of
company communications.
- Should
have atleast a diploma in Public relations, corporate communications or
any related field.
- Should
demonstrate excellent spoken and written language skills with excellent
telephone etiquette.
- Must
be highly organized, dependable result oriented and a good time manager.
- Must
be flexible.
