is recruiting a Distributor Manager / Depot Manager for one of our clients; a leading beverage
bottling company in Kenya.

Reporting
to:General Sales Manager
Location: Kisumu
- Distributor
routing for delivery trucks with a clear measure of route completion.
- Implementation
of Distributor Operating Standards with respect to:
1. Required floor
stock
2. Required
and serviceable tools and staff to service the routes.
3. Distributor
profit and loss statements.
Measures will include:
1. No. of
distributors routed against target.
2. Percentage
of route completion for the KD trucks.
3. Monthly
submission of KD profit and loss account for all KDs assigned.
4. KD stocking
vs required stocking.
5. Reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor
of Commerce (Finance Option) / CPA Qualifications.
- Over
5 years working experience.
- Good
communication and organization skills.
- Sales
knowledge and skills will be an added advantage.
- Computer
literate.
- Good
Report Writing & communication skills.
