We are looking for a young and dynamic individuals to fill the following positions in our Nairobi office:

Customer Service Representative 

(2 Positions)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
  • Prepares client training material and takes lead in the training of clients.
  • Implementing customer service procedures and policies for the department;
  • Effectively work with company platforms to provide effective feedback and produce quality test results on our products across all markets
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
  • Finding ways of improving customer service;
  • Learning about the organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes;
Qualifications
  • University Degree in Business preferably with a bias in IT, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
  • Process Improvement and good decision making
  • Good planning & analytical skills
  • Help Desk Experience
