Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures
for customers to use;
- Prepares client training material and takes
lead in the training of clients.
- Implementing customer service procedures and
policies for the department;
- Effectively work with company platforms to
provide effective feedback and produce quality test results on our
products across all markets
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or
correspondence with customers;
- Finding ways of improving customer service;
- Learning about the organization’s products or
services and keeping up to date with changes;
Qualifications
- University Degree in Business preferably with
a bias in IT, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
- Knowledge of customer service principles and
practice
- Process Improvement and good decision making
- Good planning & analytical skills
- Help Desk Experience
