We seek to
hire a salon and spa manager whose duties and responsibilities shall include
but are not limited to:
- Oversee
daily operations of the business
- Ensure
customers are comfortable, well attended to and satisfied.
- Handle
recruitment of all staff members and ensure that they are all qualified
and certified to perform their duties.
- Handle
disciplinary issues among staff members.
- Ensure
that all equipment is operating safely and optimally.
- Ensure
that the salon and spa are clean at all times.
- Shall
be responsible for daily banking, budgeting, expenditures and other
financial duties in the salon and spa.
- Shall
be responsible for ordering supplies as well as ensuring retail operations
remain stocked.
- Shall
be responsible for marketing activities for the salon and spa.
- Carry
out any other duties ass may be required by the Director.
Qualifications
- A
certificate from a certified beauty college program.
- At
least 2 years experience as a salon manager. Experience as a Manager in a
salon and spa at the same time shall be an added advantage.
- Experience
in handling marketing activities.
- Proven
track record in improving service delivery in a salon or spa.
