Background
- Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree in finance
Professional Background:
- Experience
in Credit analyze, accounting, Finance and Back Office for banks,
financial institution, insurance company.
- Knowledge
of the Kenya asset finance market, and about the general economic
environment in Kenya
Human qualities, compartmental profile:
- Rigorous
- Well
organized, structured, process oriented
- Good
analytic skills with a good sense of curiosity
- Know
how to motivate and prepare its opinion
- Open
mind, with a good adaptability in multicultural environments, capable to
adjust to difficult operating environments.
- Able
to work under pressure

communication skills (writing and oral)
Job Description:
Main
missions and tasks: Reporting
to the General Manager, the Credit Analyst analyses leasing facility
applications and assists credit committee in credit approval. He/she follows-up
and analyzes lease portfolio of the company, contributes to define and to
implement the credit policy, as well as keeping up with credit risk.
Main Tasks Are:

1. Credit
analysis
- Credit
and Risk analysis: he or She will have to prepare the bank statements
analysis, P&l and Balance analysis, audited and unaudited. Elaborate
some cash flow projection with based on client data.
- Financial
analysis of the client's situation and the proposed structure
- Support
the finalization of the application with a "Financial" and
"Risk" advice on the application before sending it to the
Committee
2. Back office
- Check
and validate all release of purchase order with relevant securities in hands.
- Guarantee
a proper enforcement of the facility in respect with group process and
compliance with committee decision
- Reliability
and compliance of physical and It data.
3. File administration
- Collect
all data and guarantee that all file are in order with relevant
documentation.
- Management
and monitoring of guarantees
Others faculties: Know how to
use IT tools, database.
