We
are a medium poultry Farm seeking to recruit an Assistant Poultry Farm Manager in Homa Bay County
Salary: KShs 20,000 - 25,000 per month
Role Objectives: The Assistant Farm Manager will assist in the financial and physical performance of the the farm and as such will be highly skilled in all aspects of the poultry Business.
You will be required to fill the role of a full time Assistant Farm Manager which include, Overseeing, Planning and coordination of the day to day activities of the poultry section of the farm.
Duties
- Providing
management and leadership to the poultry farm
- Designing
and Implementing strategies to drive growth and profits
- Operating
a smooth production process while ensuring clear animal welfare standards
- Management
of feed ,Vaccinations and ventilation
- Provide
management with monthly ,Quarterly and Annual reports
- Direct
the investment into operation,and ensuring that the unit remains highly
profitable
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Diploma
in Agriculture in the relevant field,Degree will also be considered
- At
least 3 years experience in the same industry
- Well
versed knowledge in poultry farming
- Well
groomed person with good communication ability
- Must
be Computer literate.
