Our client, a dynamic Hospitality and
Residential Designing Company is looking for a Filing
Clerk who is enthusiastic and eager to learn.
The successful candidate must be able
to work in a fast paced environment with excellent organizational abilities.
Key Requirements;- Maintain and arrange file room.
- Maintain day by day productivity log of
scanning and indexing activities.
- Sort out emails by backing in the
corresponding folders.
- Organize and maintain office records
accurately in hard and soft copies.
- Interact with clients and visitors and serve
them refreshments.
- Sort out materials in accordance with the
filing system used.
- Receive packages for the company, stamp and
distribute to various staff.
- Screen and direct incoming calls.
- In charge of printer i.e. loading printing
papers.
- Perform data entry when required.
- Maintain a record of materials removed from
the library.
- Remove and trash out-of-date materials.
- Place essential papers and materials in files.
- Help other office staff where necessary e.g.
with calls and or any other duties.
- Receptionist duties.
- In charge of recycling collection and
organization.
- Binding, typing, scanning, photocopying duties
etc.
- Purchasing and keeping stocks of office
supplies and maintain a record of the same.
Qualifications;
- Must have a degree in Business Administration
or related field.
- Must have knowledge of payroll system.
- Familiar with NSSF and NHIF payments.
- HR related duties.
- Basic accounting skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.
35,000/= (Approx. 350 USD)
