Davis & Shirtliff is a regional
engineering services provider with its Head Office in Nairobi and is seeking to
recruit an HR & Administration Manager.
The main role of the position will be
to manage and coordinate all areas of the Human Resource function including
payroll processing, staff selection, recruitment and retention, employee
welfare, training and development, benefits and general administration.
- Have a second upper university degree in a
relevant discipline.
- Have at least 5 years’ relevant experience at
senior positions and aged below 45 years.
- Have excellent written and spoken English and
good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Be a self-motivated, disciplined and effective
team player.
- Be a member of or affiliated to relevant
professional organisations.
- Have good computer skills and be familiar with
an ERP or HR software.
The job is a senior role in the
