Job Description
- Coordinates
and supervises all livestock production activities
- Monitor the
livestock for disease and injuries
- Coordinates
and supervise fodder and pasture management activities
- Manage all
the records in the farm
- Supervise
cleaning and inspecting cleanliness especially in the livestock houses
- Write
weekly, Quarterly and yearly reports under the supervision of the manager
- Will also do
others duties delegated to him/her by the farm manager
Qualifications/Skills
- Diploma
holder in animal production
- A
certificate in Animal production related field an added advantage (A.I
services, Livestock, health Management etc.)
- Knowledgeable
in animal husbandry
- Fodder
establishment and management skills
- Energetic
and enthusiastic person
- Good
reporting and presentation skills
- Linguistic
(English, Kiswahili + any Kenyan Dialect)
- Computer
Literate
- Team player
with low temperament
