My client has an urgent requirement for a Sales
Administrator to join their successful team, based in
Nairobi.

- Responding to customer questions and queries regarding available
products and services
- Managing the sales team
- Excellent pro-active customer service for key accounts, by building
relationships with customers and the provision of seamless communications
both internally and externally
- To be a member of the customer service team delivering an efficient
and consistent service from start to finish supported by expertise and
enthusiasm.
- To take full accountability and pro-actively manage the end-to-end
order process (including new orders, re-orders, after-sales and disputes),
ensuring deadlines are met and orders are accurately maintained.
- To take ownership for all orders ensuring they are delivered on-time
and in-full, keeping customers fully informed in a professional and honest
manner, working pro-actively with them to identify alternatives where
necessary
- To ensure that the Key Account’s needs are met and opportunities
maximised, making sure instructions and requests are correctly
interpreted, fully “owned” and actioned.
- To pro-actively identify and continually improve the administrative
processes and relationships with the Key Accounts to help provide a
competitive advantage.
- To build and establish positive and collaborative working
relationships with both the Key Accounts and colleagues
- Providing customers with quotations for orders
- Managing the sales cycle from the moment the order is placed, to
processing the order, to arranging for the delivery of the product
- Providing an after care service
- Support the field sales team
Person Specification
- Organised and focused
- Must be good in tendering and quotations
- Driven and motivated
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective
working relationships with colleagues and clients
