Responsibilities
The job holder will be
responsible for providing advice and guidance on utilisation of human resource
to achieve corporate objectives.
The job holder will be
required to:
- Formulate
and implement human resource strategies to support business plans;
- Advise
management on appropriate human resource management practice to achieve
corporate objectives;
- Design
manpower plans to support current and future business needs;
- Advise on
appropriate organisation structures, business processes and change
management to maximise organizational effectiveness;
- Plan and
execute employee development and talent management programmes to improve
individual and corporate performance;
- Implement
strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity within the
workforce;
- Implement
reward strategies that attract, retain and motivate employees;
- Advise on
employee relations and communication strategies to maximise staff involvement
and commitment;
- Ensure human
resource policies are implemented consistently and core values of the
Company are upheld; and
- Provide a
safe conducive work environment in compliance with relevant legislations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will
hold a relevant Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or
its equivalent.
He/she should be a Member
of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
He/she should have twelve
years working experience five of which should be in a senior management
position in a comparable organisation.
