Finance & Admin Officer
Gross Starting
salary Ksh 1,800,000 per annum
Based: Nairobi, Kenya
Your role will
be a varied one including the processing and recording of financial
transactions; financial reporting including that required locally, to the
London office and to funders; managing relationships with suppliers and partner
organisations; management of office reception and systems.
Alongside this,
you will support the Director in the coordination and recording of meetings,
supervision of volunteers/interns and support other programme activities as
necessary.
Ideally you will
be a qualified accountant who has experience in both financial accounting and
office administration.
Fluency in
written and spoken English coupled with excellent IT skills are essential, as
is the ability to work accurately and efficiently within agreed deadlines and
with minimal supervision.
This is an
initial two year contract with the possibility of extension subject to funding.
