1. Sales Supervisors (Coast)
Positions 2
Salary; kshs.25, 000 plus 15,000k
Commissions
Primary responsibility
is supervision, development and training of regional sales teams. The
supervisor is the primary liaison between the company and distributors/
partners.
Must possess a
bachelor’s degree/ advanced diploma in Sales and Marketing
At least 5
years’ experience in FMCG sales
In-depth
knowledge of general trade in either Nairobi or Coast region
2. Van / Truck Drivers -
Mombasa and Nairobi
Positions 11
Salary; kshs.25, 000
Primary
responsibility is truck operations in both route-selling and delivery.
Must have a
valid class BCE license with over 7 years’ experience
Must possess a
current certificate of good conduct
Defensive
driving certificate will be an added advantage.
3. Pick-up sales personnel
(Nairobi & Mombasa)
Positions 17
Salary; kshs.25, 000 plus 5,000
commissions
Primary
responsibility is sales target achievement through comprehensive general trade
coverage, relationship management and recruitment of new customers
Diploma in Sales
and Marketing
Valid drivers’
license
2 years’
experience in FMCG sales
4. Route sales personnel
(Coast)
Positions 5
Salary; Kshs.15, 000 plus 5,000
commissions
Primary
responsibility is retail sales/ volume growth through increased availability
Certificate in
Sales and Marketing
A minimum of 2
years’ sales experience
