Duties
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Responsibly deal with customer complaints
- Exhibit trustworthiness, diplomacy and politeness in serving customers
- Responsibly for actively ensure the retention of the organization’s customer base which includes promoting the organization to existing customers
- Work with the organization’s other offices to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offering
Required
- At least one year working experience in a retail shop
- Diploma in sales and marketing or equivalent
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 15,000/=
